Clinical background and expertise

Otolaryngology–head and neck surgery & facial plastic and reconstructive surgery

Dr. Seth Allred Riddle brings more than 25 years of clinical and surgical ENT experience to Boeson Research in Provo. His background spans rhinology, sinus disease, allergy, otology, facial reconstruction and sleep-disordered breathing.

Clinical expertise: His practice includes chronic rhinosinusitis with and without nasal polyps; environmental and perennial allergy and immunotherapy; chronic ear disease, tinnitus, vertigo and hearing-loss evaluation; functional nasal repair, scar management and wound healing; and surgical management of obstructive sleep apnea.

Training: MD, University of Utah School of Medicine, 1993; general-surgery internship and otolaryngology–head and neck surgery residency, Oregon Health Sciences University. He earned board certification in otolaryngology in 1999 and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery in 2001.

Research interests: Bring ENT, sinus and nasal-polyp, allergy, hearing-related, sleep-disordered breathing and reconstructive-surgery protocols to Dr. Riddle’s attention. Newly joining Boeson in Provo, he pairs extensive specialty practice with a focused interest in clinical research.

Boeson’s ENT background: Boeson’s institutional ENT research experience began in Grand Junction, Colorado. Dr. Riddle’s addition brings ENT clinical expertise to our Provo team and opens the next chapter of this therapeutic focus.
