Infectious diseases, vaccines & clinical development

Dr. Taylor brings more than four decades of infectious-disease, vaccine-development and clinical research experience. He has served as Director of Clinical Research at Bozeman Health since 2021.

Clinical and research leadership: His career includes leading the Department of Clinical Trials at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, vaccine-development roles at PATH and Takeda, and Chief Medical Officer roles at VaxInnate and Vaxart.

Research experience: His background spans influenza and enteric-disease vaccines, randomized clinical trials, older-adult populations, international research and sponsor medical oversight of human-challenge studies. His development experience includes sponsor-level leadership in Phase I and II vaccine programs.

Training: MD, Harvard Medical School; MSc in Medical Parasitology, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine; internal-medicine residency and advanced vaccinology training.

Dr. Taylor brings the perspective of a vaccine developer, clinical-trial leader and former Chief Medical Officer to Boeson’s Bozeman Health collaboration. His experience gives sponsors a direct connection to decades of vaccine-development and infectious-disease expertise.
